Municipal Leasing

Through our newest financial services partner, TFS now offers a tax-exempt municipal lease enabling government agencies to finance essential-use equipment pursuant to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. These programs are available to states, cities, counties, school districts, townships, villages, special purpose districts, and any other governmental agency that qualifies under the Code (such as Departments of Transportation).
